If the drop is typically premade, we ship within 1-2 days. Pre-orders are up to 2-4 weeks. Please read whether or not the drop is premade or pre-ordered. If you are not patient, please do not buy, but we always make sure every order is shipped out on time, as it's supposed to.

All sales are final. We do not do exchanges or returns of any kind. If a mistake is made on our end, we will fix it for you. We do not cancel orders after they are submitted. Verum Louvre is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items once they leave our hands and are in the hands of the parcel service. ALL claims must be directed to the direct parcel service that is delivering your package.
