Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We accept various payment methods and ensure secure processing. 

Shipping

All items will be shipped in a timely manner via UPS/USPS/DHL. You will automatically receive an email/text message with your tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please remember to completely fill out each area in the checkout process. It's on you to make sure that your shipping information is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is returned, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Returns and Refunds

Domestic Shipping: Calculated at checkout

International Shipping: Calculated at checkout by DHL or UPS

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders 

VERUM LOUVRE TEAM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS ONCE THEY LEAVE US AND ARE IN THE HANDS OF THE PARCEL SERVICE. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITH THE DIRECT PARCEL SERVICE THAT IS DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE.

Returns/Exchanges

All sales are final. VERUM LOUVRE does NOT offer exchanges or returns of any kind. If a mistake is made on our end, we will fix it for you. Please review our Return Policy for information on returns, exchanges, and refunds. We do not cancel orders after they are submitted.
